By activating Electronic Statements, Tax Forms, and Notices ("eDocuments") from Cornerstone Financial Credit Union ("CFCU"), you are declaring that you can access eDocuments and agree to waive delivery of all paper documents, which may include, but are not limited to, account statements, disclosures, notices (insufficient funds, overdraft protection, account delinquency, etc.), marketing materials, or any other correspondence from CFCU where permitted by law.
In the case of account statements, delivery of your first eStatement will take place within 60 days of your acceptance of these terms. Depending on the day of your acceptance of these terms, you may receive additional paper documents before delivery of your eDocuments becomes effective. You also agree to keep a valid email address on record for notification purposes when a new eDocument is available.
