Records Support Specialist
Description: Full time position that performs a variety of duties within the Records Area of the Members Resolutions Department. Also provides service to the Insurance and Collections Specialists as needed. Duties to include creating folders, imaging, filing, and retrieving documents, researching account and loan information, and verifying accuracy of the records. Must have personal computer experience and comfortable communicating on the telephone. Financial institution experience is preferred.
