Call Center Representative
The Call Center Representation answers account, product and services inquiry calls from members in a cordial, professional manner. Provides answers to members' questions, problems, and concerns with care and efficiency. Promotes credit union products and services. Performs requested transactions, conducts loan interviews, and accepts loan applications confidentially and in compliance with regulations.
High School diploma or GED required. College or some post-secondary education is preferred. Minimum three years of financial institution experience and/or Call Center experience preferred. Loan and sales experience desired. Comfortable communicating on the phone and working on-screen. Excellent verbal communication skills and detailed orientated with a high level of accuracy and personal initiative.
Management Trainee Floater
The Management Trainee Floater position will float and provide services to the Nashville, Franklin, and Murfreesboro locations as directed by Regional Branch Operations Manager. Provides superior and quality member service in a friendly, professional manner in person, phone, or correspondence. Performs routine member transactions and assists managing the branch including employee development, sales, security, and day-to-day operations. Ensures that staff adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Supervises staff to ensure the delivery of quality service.
High School diploma or GED required. Prefer business school or related post-high school training. Minimum two years of financial institution experience in teller or customer service-related work. Two years of lending experience is required. Must have proven managerial skills, which include the ability to lead and motivate employees, efficiently handle cash, work under pressure, and detailed activities. Must be flexible to work where assigned.
Member Services Support Specialist
The Member Services Support Specialist position functions as a Universal Associate and provides support for the Branch Operations areas, Call Center, and other departments as needed. Processes, proofs, and verifies transactions including but not limited to deposits, loan payments, cashier’s checks, transfers, check cashing, withdrawals, and bank-to-bank wires. Assists in the Call Center answering member calls and performing transactions or provides support with operations within other departments. Works toward the overall credit union goal of providing superior and quality service to members.
High School diploma or GED required. Business school or other business training is desired. One year of clerical experience and previous teller or cash handling experience preferred. Personal computer experience is required. Must be able to function as a team player and cooperate with co-workers, members, and business associates. Excellent verbal communication skills and detailed oriented with high level of accuracy and personal initiative.
Mortgage Loan Specialist
The Mortgage Loan Specialist position will assist members with mortgage loan information, take applications, process applications (as needed) and underwrites mortgage and HELOC files.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have consumer or mortgage loan knowledge with two years of experience. Two years of financial institution experience is preferred. Must meet qualifications to be approved for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
Operational Services Representative I
Full time position that performs duties including accounting work, processing of direct deposits, payroll deductions, Automated Clearing House (ACH) items, share drafts, credit card, debit card and other related transactions within the department. Works toward the overall credit union goal of providing superior service to members as well as to co-workers.
One to two years of accounting training or experience is preferred. Financial institution experience is preferred. Must have good accounting skills for balancing and reconciling accounts along with an intermediate experience level in Word and Excel programs. Valid Tennessee driver’s license is required.
Nashville and Hendersonville
Full-time position providing superior services to our members based on their individual needs. Duties to include efficient and accurate transaction processing, opening new accounts, solving account problems, education on credit union products and services, and assisting with loan applications/closings.
Minimum one year of customer service and cash handling experience is required. Previous teller experience is preferred.
Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
