Dear Member,

For the safety of our members and employees, all branch lobbies will be closed to member use until further notice. All drive-ups will be operational for your financial needs. We encourage all members to utilize our remote options. 

· Online Banking and Mobile Banking These services can meet many of your needs for financial information and transactions.  You can view account information, transfer funds, and apply for loans.   Mobile Banking offers a remote deposit feature that allows you to remotely deposit checks by simply taking a picture of the check with your phone!  If you are not currently using these services, be proactive and sign up for these by clicking on Online Banking and Mobile Banking.

· Online Loan Applications – Apply for a loan or apply through Online or Mobile Banking.

· Call us!  We have a dedicated Call Center that can be reached at 615-385-6866 or 1-800-342-2316.  Our Call Center staff can assist you with questions including how to sign up for Online and Mobile Banking.  They can also assist you with a loan application and most any other need!

· Night Drop – If you need to make a deposit, please use our night drops located near our drive-thru services at each office.  Funds will be posted the next business day.

· Franklin Branch ATM/ITM – Our new Franklin branch features an Interactive Teller Machine where you do business through the drive-thru with a live attendant.  It also has an ATM that accepts deposits.

· Use our drive-thru!  All offices have drive-thru services and can meet the majority of your needs in the drive-thru.

Important Fraud Information- As with any disaster,  fraudsters are attempting to take advantage of an emergency situation. Please be aware that there are reports of scams through various means, including emails and  fake virus outbreak maps. Some have been found to infect devices with credential stealing malware. Be vigilant and be wary of clicking on any links from sources unfamiliar to you. If from a reputable company, reach out to that company directly to verify legitmacy.
