60 Stories for 60 Years – #43

Thirty years is a long time to maintain a positive relationship. As a young teacher over thirty years ago, my membership in Cornerstone Financial Credit Union began when it was named Educators Credit Union. In a one room office on the second floor of the old Howell School building, Mr. Tindall conducted business with courtesy and efficiency as I signed my membership agreement.  In my 30 years of teaching and 14 years of retirement, my checking and savings accounts, automobile and personal loans have evolved into credit and debit cards, e-banking and smart phone applications. These services and the friendly, caring attitudes of the employees have kept me as a longtime member of CFCU.  My continued confidence in CFCU is demonstrated as I recently assisted my teenage grandson in becoming a member. We were guided through the process by Ms. Brandy as she continued the friendly, helpful assistance I have experienced over the years. As my grandson matures and his financial needs develop, I feel sure CFCU will effectively fulfill those needs.  Thank you CFCU for being the strong “Stone” at the “Corner” of my financial “building”!
