Minimize debt during college.

White, Victoria - 2196423 PhotoI believe that the most important thing I can do to get off on the right-foot financially after graduation is to graduate with the least amount of debt as possible. I plan to apply for as many scholarships as I can and to work part-time throughout college. It is imperative to me that I am able to devote as much time as necessary to my studies to ensure I get the most out of my education. I hope to receive as many scholarships as possible, and what expenses are left I hope will be covered by my work earnings. It is also my hope that I will earn enough money to pay for my education and save up money for my future.  I believe that having money saved up to get started on after I graduate college will greatly help me get on my feet.  Ideally, I will have money for a rainy day and avoid having school debt to worry about paying off.  I believe this is the best way to jump-start a secure financial future.
