Minimize student loan debt, maintain GPA.
My main goal in college is to pay off tuition for all four years. I feel that this is the most important thing you can do to begin a good financial future. There are adults today that are mainly in debt because of student loans. A lot of people can testify to the fact that once you have debt it will only continue to accumulate. In the future, the best thing I can do as college graduate is make sure I am debt free. It will be hard enough finding work, a place to live, and building and maintaining a stable living. Imagine trying to do that with student loans haunting you. The other important thing a college student can do is maintain a high GPA and the standards that got them into college in the first place. The last thing you would want is to lose any scholarships you have worked hard to obtain over a low GPA. Also in order to be debt free do anything possible to pay off your tuition and fees. The best you can do for yourself in college is to make it your goal to pay off as much as you can each semester, so when you graduate you are not buried under thousands of dollars in loans and fees.
